Terms of Service

Please read our distribution guidelines carefully.

Last Updated: August 2026

1. Distribution Rights

By uploading your content to Surtone Pro, you grant us the non-exclusive right to distribute, sell, monetize, and stream your music on global digital platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram, etc.). You certify that you own 100% of the copyrights for the music, lyrics, and artwork provided.

2. Content Guidelines

To maintain high-quality global standards across all DSPs, we strictly prohibit the following:

  • Low-quality audio, unauthorized covers, or uncleared samples.
  • Hate speech, racist content, or extreme explicit violence.
  • Misleading metadata (e.g., using famous artist names to generate fake streams).
  • Artwork containing social media logos, URLs, or blurry, pixelated text.

3. Payments & Royalties

Royalties are credited to your Surtone Pro Wallet as soon as they are received and cleared from the streaming stores (typically on a net-45 to net-60 day basis). The threshold for withdrawal is subject to your specific plan. All tax liabilities on earnings are the sole responsibility of the artist or label owner.

4. Takedowns & Termination

You have the right to request a takedown of your music at any time. However, Surtone Pro reserves the right to freeze royalties, withhold funds, and terminate any account found engaging in Artificial Streaming (Streaming Fraud) or copyright infringement without prior notice.

5. Legal Liability

Surtone Pro acts purely as a digital distribution aggregator and is not liable for any third-party claims regarding copyright disputes. In the event of a legal claim, copyright strike, or infringement lawsuit, the user who uploaded the content will be solely responsible for all legal and financial consequences.
